Chapter 3965Many people from the Twelfth District had come to spectate the fight. Even James’s children, Jacopo,
Xainte, and
Winnie, had come to watch him fight. James’ good friend, Henrik, was also present.
Everyone’s eyes were fixed on the battlefield.
Xainte asked worriedly, “Dad will definitely win, right?”
noveldramaWinnie held her hand tightly and said, “Don’t worry. I’m sure everything will be fine. You need to trust
Dad.”
On the battlefield, neither James nor Briscoe moved a muscle. The two simply glared at each other for
an entire day.
“Since you refuse to make a move, then I’ll take the initative.”
Briscoe could not hold back anymore, and his face darkened. He suddenly called on his energy, and a
powerful aura erupted from his body.
He unleashed his nine Macrocosm Powers, which were all at peak strength.
Briscoe went all out, unleashing all of his nine Macrocosm Powers. His long black hair whipped
everywhere, and terrifying energy erupted from him.
His energy caused the space around him to become unstable, and cracks began to form. James stared
at the rampaging Briscoe.
“Something feels strange.”James sensed something unusual and stared intently at Briscoe. He discovered there were indeed nine
Macrocosm Powers in Briscoe’s body. However, he realized that they were not genuine. Instead, his
Macrocosm Powers were formed by some kind of unknown power.
Simply put, it was an imitation of Macrocosm Powers replicated using a mysterious power.
James had learned countless Supernatural Powers while in the Ecclesiastical Restricted Zone and was
very familiar with the various Paths of the universes. He could easily identify the Path that one used to
form Macrocosm Powers.
However, Briscoe’s Macrocosm Powers were not cultivated through his own efforts. Instead, he
obtained it through some other means.
James’ brows drew together.
‘What kind of power is this? It’s capable of mimicking Macrocosm Power. How terrifying,’thought
James.
James had one guess in mind-it was a power from the Greater Realms. Supposing his suspicion was
correct, then the Omnipotent Lord definitely had external help, most likely from the Watchers.
“Huff!”
James took a deep breath after considering the possibilities. It would be troublesome if his fears were
correct.
‘What on earth are the Watchers trying to do? Are they really trying to draw out Thea?’ thought James.
After Briscoe unleashed his power, he roared. “Make your move, James.”His voice was like deafening thunder, ripping through the Chaos and damaging their surroundings. The
spectators in the distance were also stunned.
A few weaker spectators did not dare to stay close to the battlefield and retreated close to the
universe’s border. In case something went awry, they could quickly return. Since a Super Heavenly
Path protected the universe, it could resist the power in the Chaos.
When Briscoe taunted him with his powers, James had already deduced several possibilities as to
where it had come from. He concluded Briscoe did not obtain them through his own cultivation. Instead,
Briscoe’s powers simply mimicked actual Macrocosm Power.
James no longer held back. He unleashed his nine Macrocosm Powers and enhanced them to the
Ninth Rank.
His aura grew steadily stronger.
