allowed them to attack James from all sides. Though James utilized all of his strength to meet them in
battle, he could only push them away and not destroy them.”

While he was distracted, his back was struck by the stone sword. Even with the Invincible Body Siddhi
shielding his body, he could feel the weight of a mountain crushing his back. At that moment, the Blood
Energy inside his body churned.

“Of course!” Wearing a smug look on his face, Ezekiel said, “This is a signature martial art skill passed
down from my ancestors. By combining high technology, the might of the Thousand-Machinery
Formation has reached even greater heights. This is the Eighteen Golems Formation, one of the
changes of the Thousand-Machinery Formation. Even if James could defeat them all, there will be
more terrifying things awaiting him at the back.”
Lucjan said smilingly, “Even an eighth-rank grandmaster stands no chance against this.”
“Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.”The two simply sat back and watched the show.
Meanwhile, James was in a deadly struggle for his life. Without the Blade of Justice, he could not
perform the Thirteen Heavenly Swords. Only the Blithe Fist of Abomination remained. However, as he
had not gained great insight into the Blithe Fist of Abomination, he only learned the first two fists.
Boom!
Powerful True Energy struck a stone figure, which was immediately sent flying and smashed into the
wall. Then, it collapsed to the ground. However, the body remained intact. It simply stood up and
charged toward James once more.
James’ expression turned grim.
Though he knew that this place would be full of traps, he had greatly underestimated Lucjan.
At that moment, a steel wire fell from his sleeves. It was Crucifier.
Holding the steel wire in his hand, he swiftly appeared behind a stone figure and wrapped the wire
around its neck. Then, he pulled with great force. The stone figure, which could not be shattered by
True Energy, instantly had its head severed by Crucifier’s steel wire.
Only after severing the head of the stone figure could James peak into the interior of the machinery. He
could see many integrated circuits and even some circuit boards.
“I guess only Crucifier would never fail me.” A grin crept up on his face.
Then, he struck. In less than a minute, all eighteen stone figures were shattered into tiny pieces on the
ground.Upon seeing this, Ezekiel was enraged. He roared, “You b*stard, these are stone figures that I took a
long time to make!”
Just as James breathed a sigh of relief, the Thousand-Machinery Formation changed once more. He
could once again hear the sound of cogwheels.
Before he could even react, a mirror suddenly appeared on the stone wall. In an instant, rows of mirrors
filled the stone wall. Then, a ray of light appeared on the stone. With its appearance, the mirror began
reflecting the light, which illuminated the entire underground palace. Blinded by the light, James
immediately shut his eyes. Even so, he could feel the harsh glare of the light.
Buzz…
Just as he shut his eyes, a buzzing sound came from his surroundings. The sound messed with his
sense of hearing.
He tried opening his eyes to have a rough understanding of the situation. However, the harsh glare of
the light almost blinded him.
Then, a spear struck his back from nowhere. Even with the Invincible Body Siddhi, he staggered
backward upon being stuck by the terrifying force.
